AI Policy & Promise

A written commitment your church is welcome to adopt as its own.

    1. 01

No AI is used to match people

Placements come from a scoring algorithm with rules you can read: stage of life, availability, location, and stated preferences. Every weight is visible, every weight is adjustable, and every placement can be changed by a person before anything is final.

    2. 02

Member data is never fed to AI systems

Names, addresses, family details, prayer requests, and application answers are not sent to language models, not used for training, and not shared with third parties for any purpose.

    3. 03

      The church owns its data

Everything is exportable at any time as CSV or PDF, including full group rosters. There is no export fee, no lock-in period, and no proprietary format standing between a church and its own records.

    4. 04

      Free to churches, permanently

There is no trial, no seat count, and no upgrade tier. Church management software should not be an expense that enslaves your operations to outside decision makers.

    5. 05

      Not for sale to investors

Most church management software today is owned by private equity, and pricing follows ownership. This will not be sold into that arrangement. No church should be beholden to an investor who happens to hold its membership records.

    6. 06

      Security by restraint

Access is scoped per church and per ministry department. Data is isolated at the database level, not by convention, and administrators grant portal access deliberately rather than by default.

Churches are welcome to copy this policy, put their own name on it, and hand it to their board, their staff, or their families. If a clause here is ever broken, it should be held against us.
